I’m pleased to announce I’ve been selected as a semi-finalist in the 2020 Biennial North American Saxophone Alliance Jazz Competition and my performance proposal was also accepted! When it comes to the music of the masters we commonly refer to as jazz, I’m deadass and am proud to have been born, raised, and mentored in a city with such rich history in the tradition. It is truly an honor to be a torchbearer for Naptown and I am looking forward to competing, performing, and learning at the conference.
